Another Year, Another Successful Ladies Festival 2025

Over the weekend, the Vale of Catmos Lodge hosted their annual Ladies Festival at the Rutland Water Golf Club, which saw up to 76 attendees all coming ready to celebrate a successful past season.

Brethren from the lodge, along with their partners and plus-ones enjoyed speeches about the lodge's achievements, entertainment, and time to relax and socialise. With a couple of upcoming new lodge initiates also attending, this marked a perfect first meeting between themselves and the majority of the current existing lodge members.

With this season also marking the end of Worshipful Master Ian Scantlebury’s 3-year reign in the chair, it was a great time to celebrate everything that Ian and his wife June have done for the lodge up to this point, as they were applauded into the room when entering.

Key moments included a stunning lunch menu, being amazed by the hired magician showing tricks at the tables, and a successful raffle and auction which saw a total of £345.00 being raised for local charity For Rutland.

An absolutely wonderful time was had by all, with many thanking Bro Ashley Dennis for his contributions in making the day happen without any problems. Check out the photos below taken on the day!
